I perceive that the only deterrent for other potential customers to purchase such systems

| Everything about the company so far has been very profesional, from the estimate to post install follow up. The installation crew were professionals. They were organized and did a clean job that was not sloppy or hap-hazard (like some contractors). While talking with the crew, they knew the equipment well and knew what they were doing. If I decide to add PV, I will be using A1A Solar. The contractor subtracted the local utility incentive from the purchase price, but charged the remainder until the second incentive (stimulus money in the form of a rebate) from the utility came through. | Small leak on water tank at the drain valve. A1A stayed in constant contat with me until they were able to come out and fix it which they did within a week. Very professional owner and installers! I would highly recommend to anyone and will use again if consdering other solar installs. A1A Solar was very knowledgable about the JEA/COJ incentive programs. Although A1A was not the lowest bid the owner offered reference up front and gave me product names and model numbers so I could research online.
