I especially liked his clear and easy-to-understand explanations. I anticipated a Pa rebate which has yet to materialize. Although I understood all along the we were at the tail end of the rebate incentives, I think I still expected to receive it. | The sales representative (and self-proclaimed head of the division) flat-out lied about the functionality of the system, and over-promised the benefits. Communication was difficult, and I would warn anyone to do your research before trusting this company. They will tell you whatever it takes to sell you the system, and then disappear when you try to follow up. Our requests to resolve our situation merely resulted in a nasty, threatening response, and no action taken. Now we`re out tens of thousands of dollars on a system that is doing less than half of what was promised. We are glad to have solar power, but wish we`d gone with another (honest) installer. | We are very happy with our new solar panels. They work better than expected. Dana Diodati (sales rep.} has been extremely helpful and easy to reach throughout the process and after the installation had been completed. I would definitely recommend this company. I would also tell people that there is a big misunderstanding about affordability of the solar energy. Thank to availability of the new and less expensive technologies, they can reduce their energy budget while helping the environment. JEFF SCHULD AND EMPLOYEES WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND CARED THAT THE WORK WAS BEING DONE TO OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE INTERVIEWED 4 COMPANIES--2 HAD SLIGHTLY BETTER PRICES. WE CHOSE JEFF BECAUSE HE WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED.
I DO WISH THE WEBSITE FOR MY ACCOUNT TO MONITOR PERFORMANCE WAS MORE DYNAMIC VS. STATIC. IT DOES NOT GIVE LIVE/UP-TO-TIME INFO.
