Plus everything was cleaned up at the end of his day. The second day Caleb arrived with his supervisor Steve and completed the work. We were so excited upon completion we were asking if we could add more panels to the system. We could not have hired a better company and would highly recommend Power Trip Energy to anyone - and we have. |

| The crew who performed the work were very well trained, and very professional, and thorough with all the work they did. Nothing was left behind, and follow-up was very good involving one of the Micro-inverters which failed after the system was turned on. The monitoring system installed over a wireless connection to the company who provided the Micro inverters (Enphase Energy Company in California)now works flawlessly after Jeff Randall set up a telephone conference with Sharon Kirk (of Enphase), and worked out the problem with the inverter, which the Enlighten Program spotted, and the culprit was replaced. I would recommend this Company to anyone in the Greater Seattle Area if they were considering Solar PV systems. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism displayed by the entire crew who worked on our Solar system. |
| They talked with us about the various PV options and what would work best for us. They arrived promptly at scheduled times and carried out the work in an efficient and professional manner. Upon completion, they contacted the energy company, who came out and hooked us up for net metering. Then PowerTrip came and gave us training and a manual on the use of the system. We can`t think of anything they could have done better -- we are 100% happy with their work and with our PV system. |
